Shipping Policy
Please note that we ship only Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday. Please note that this includes overnight shipping.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thewellground.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery
Domestic orders: We offer three flat rates for shipping within the US
- Standard $12
- Express (1-2 days) $25
- Overnight $50
- Customers can add "signature required for delivery" service for an additional fee of $5
- Orders over $500 are eligible for free standard ground shipping
- All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx except PO Box addresses are mailed via USPS.
International orders: Our international shipping rates vary based on destination and weight of order.
- Pricing ranges between $35-$75
- Due to the long in-transit time and return shipping costs, all international orders are FINAL SALE.
- Returns are not accepted on international sales.
- Your order will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS
- The Wellground is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees
Local Pickup: If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
- Please pick up between the hours of 10-5 Monday through Friday, 11-5 Saturday and 12-4 Sunday.
- We kindly ask that you pick up any orders within 24 hours of receiving the order ready notification email.
Lost Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once it is in the hands of our designated mail carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS). As such, The Wellground is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order
